
Lowell began acting when she was a part of Dangerously Close. She then played a small part as Club Paradise's Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross. She played the role of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She appeared on Law & order's spinoff Law & Order Trial by Jury in 2005, and later back on the original series in 2022. Prior to landing this role she was dissatisfied with her acting career and was considering a degree in documentary filmmaking at New York University. [4] In the middle of 2000 she took a break from acting. In 2012, Lowell lent her likeness as well as voice, while reprising her Licence to Kill role in the video game 007 Legends. In 2018, she returned to television, where she appeared on Blue Bloods. [7][8] Personal life Lowell was married three times. John Stember, a fashion photographer to whom Lowell was first married, was her third husband. [9][10] The couple were married from 1989 to 1995 with actor Griffin Dunne and they have one daughter, Hannah. [citation needed] Lowell was married to actor Richard Gere in November 2002,[11] following the birth of their child Homer James Jigme Gere that was born in February 2000. Two years later, in September the couple split after 11 years of marriage. They were in New York Supreme Court divorce process. The case was resolved in October of 2016. [13]
